Quality begins in our company by hiring the most experienced and qualified inspectors available.  All of our inspectors have been interviewed and screened for practical expertise, hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and communication and interpersonal skills.

Every effort is made to match the customer's specific needs to the strengths and skills of our individual inspectors.

It is recognized that quality products and personnel safety are of primary importance in industry today.   It is also economically necessary that purchased equipment arrive at the job site on time to prevent costly delays and to provide a smooth work flow.

Expediting requires personnel who are skilled in acquiring information and effectively communicate with your vendor and customer contacts.

If requested by the customer, an IQC auditor will conduct a comprehensive, thorough Quality Assurance Audit of a particular vendor's performance capabilities.

This audit will encompass Quality Assurance procedures, safety, material procurement and traceability, inspection procedures, equipment and the quality of the workmanship performed.  Additional areas of vendor performance may be added to the Quality Audit at the customer's request.

IQC can develop Quality Assurance Programs to suit your company requirements or those of your clients.  We create programs that comply with Canadian and International standards, such as C.S.A. and I.S.O.

The key to a specification compliant product arriving at your plant or site, is the inspection and test plans which you have provided to your supplier prior to manufacturing or fabrication.  IQC will develop inspection and test plans that incorporate your requirements into a clear, concise document.

When a special project comes up in your firm and you want to supplement your existing Quality Assurance and/or Inspection team, IQC will provide staff to work with your company.  This can be done from our office, your facility, job site or combination of these areas.
